Job summary

DGH Recruitment Ltd. in Manchester is seeking an Application Support Analyst to manage the Housing software portfolio, ensure performance, and align with business needs. You will report to the Lead Applications Support Analyst and collaborate with IT Service Desk, in-house squads, product owners, and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include second-line support for Housing apps, incident management with suppliers, and contributing to service reviews and the application roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience in busy application support environment.
• Experience with housing applications NEC, Unit4, Total Mobile, DRS, Keystone or Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of ITIL; Foundation level desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line support for Housing applications, escalating to suppliers or in-house squads for third-line support where necessary.
• Work closely with suppliers to manage and resolve third-line incidents and ensure delivery against SLA.
• Take ownership of priority incidents, ensuring they are resolved efficiently.
• Contribute to internal and external service reviews and maintain the application roadmap.
