Job summary

The Wrekin Housing Group Limited is seeking a Housing and Care Assistant - Nights for Chasewood, Cannock. You will help keep residents safe overnight, conduct nightly rounds and assist with personal care and medication under supervision, delivering compassionate support in a warm, resident-centred environment.

This part-time, permanent role is 20 hours per week with on-site duties and a focus on enabling independence for tenants aged 55+.

Qualifications

  • Enhanced DBS check required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct nightly rounds to ensure safety and security of residents.
  • Assist with daily living tasks including personal care and medication management.

Chasewood is a largeShireLiving service with 63 apartments offering people over the age of 55 a home for life where they can live independently within one of our apartments, with the additional reassurance that our team are on-site for 24 hours a day offering safety and security for all of our tenants who all have varying needs. As a Housing and Care Assistant working nights you will ensure their safety and security by conducting nightly rounds around the building and preparing for tasks for the following day. When required, Housing and Care Assistant (Nights) also support our tenants with daily living requirements like personal care and medication management.
