Job summary

The Housing Plus Group in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Night Support Worker to join Holdcroft Road services.

You will provide care to tenants with learning and physical disabilities, including meals, medication administration and domestic support, working 30 hours per week in a part-time permanent role.

The roles and responsibilities as a Night Support Worker include supporting our tenants with all aspects of daily living including preparing meals, administering medication and domestic support.
