Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 2 Administrators, overseeing the administration and coordination of housing repairs and maintenance.
• Coordinate repair requests, appointments, operatives and contractors to ensure jobs are progressed within agreed timescales.
• Monitor team workloads, productivity and KPIs, ensuring service standards and targets are consistently achieved.
• Manage tenant queries and escalations, providing a professional and responsive customer service.
• Maintain accurate repairs and housing records, ensuring systems are updated throughout the job life cycle.
• Support and develop the administration team, ensuring efficient processes, effective communication and a high standard of tenant service.
