Job summary

Middlesbrough Council is seeking an enthusiastic Housing Adaptations Support and Technical Officer to plan and manage major and minor repairs and adaptations. You will assess client needs, develop schemes of work, and oversee projects to successful completion, liaising with Occupational Therapy teams and other professionals to ensure high quality client care.

This role requires construction experience, an HNC in Construction (or equivalent), and the ability to work in a busy environment, meeting

• Experience of working in the construction industry.
• HNC in Construction (or equivalent) held.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage a varied and demanding workload.
