Splendid Hospitality Group is seeking a Guest Service Team Member for Holiday Inn - Northampton West. The role is full-time in the Front Office, offering a compassionate and proactive guest experience with a warm welcome from the first moment.

The successful candidate will handle bookings, guest inquiries and collaboration across departments, delivering service that is efficient, personal and memorable. A friendly, confident communicator helps guests feel at home throughout their stay.
