The Grand - York, part of Splendid Hospitality Group, is seeking a Front Office Team Member to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins, answer questions and provide local recommendations. You will be the first friendly face guests meet, shaping their stay with efficient, memorable service.

As a full-time frontline role in a busy hotel, you’ll thrive on guest interaction, teamwork, and delivering exceptional hospitality.
