Job summary

Welcome Break Ramada hotel is seeking a Hotel Chef to join our restaurant team. Immediate start available and you’ll prepare, cook and present meals for hotel guests across breakfast and dinner services.

You’ll work with a friendly hotel team, keep the kitchen clean, follow food hygiene standards, stock rotation and temperature checks, and help maintain high standards in a busy environment with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Interest in food and cooking.
• Able to stay organized during busy service.
• Willing to learn kitchen routines and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food for hotel guests, supporting breakfast and dinner services.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and well stocked, following hygiene standards.

As a Hotel Chef at our Welcome Break Ramada hotel, you’ll help prepare and cook food for our guests, supporting breakfast, dinner and busy service times as part of a friendly hotel team.

From food preparation and cooking to keeping the kitchen clean, safe and well organised, you’ll play an important part in making sure every guest enjoys a great meal and a comfortable stay.

What you’ll do as a Hotel Chef:

• Prepare, cook and present food for hotel guests, supporting breakfast, dinner and busy service times
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and well stocked, following food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Support with food preparation, stock rotation, temperature checks and kitchen routines as trained
• Work closely with the hotel team to keep service running smoothly and make sure guests have a great experience
