Job Description

1. Cleans and tidies rooms, bathrooms, and common areas in line with hygiene and cleanliness rules and hotel procedures.
2. Ensures that rooms look attractive.
3. Checks that equipment is in good working order, informing the Housekeeper of any anomalies.
4. Ensures that guest documentation in the rooms is complete and up-to-date.
5. Applies the procedure for handling lost property.
6. Respects guidelines on the use of cleaning products.
7. Handles hotel equipment, complimentary welcome gifts, and room linen with due care.
8. Is responsible for cleaning and restocking the trolley every day.
9. May have to clear room-service trays.
10. Is responsible for the "master key".
