Holiday Inn Express/Crowne Plaza T4 - Arora Group is seeking an F&B Supervisor to assist the F&B Manager with the day-to-day operation of all outlets. You will lead by example to create a memorable guest experience and supervise the team to ensure excellent service across all outlets.

In addition to a role in a dual-brand hotel connected to Heathrow Terminal 4, you will benefit from employee meals on duty, uniform, dry cleaning, and various staff discounts.

Qualifikationen

• Providing high quality service with attention to detail comes naturally to you.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach are essential.
• Experience in hotel F&B or similar role is advantageous.

The other side is the upscale Crowne Plaza London- Heathrow Hotel with 304 elegant bedrooms, 13 suites and 4 high-tech meeting rooms. Responsibilities

F&B Supervisors on our team assist the F&B Manager with the day-to-day operation of all F&B outlets. They lead by example and encourage the team to provide a personal experience that will be remembered.Supervise the team to ensure excellent customer service.Able to work in all areas of F &B outlets.Carry out stock taking.Assist with training and developing employees.
