Job summary

UKME in London is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee operations across its properties, manage staff rosters, monitor performance and ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest care.

You will train housekeeping staff, liaise with other departments, handle stock and supplies, supervise laundry, and support end-of-season cleaning and service rotas. A proven supervisory background and COSHH/health and safety certifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven housekeeping supervisory experience.
• COSHH, manual handling and health & safety training.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Clean driving license (desirable).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations for properties, including pre-arrival, stay, and departure.
• Organise staff rosters and assign workloads.
• Monitor performance and ensure supplies and tools are available.
• Train staff on company policies and safety procedures.
• Manage stock levels and coordinate laundry and personal tasks as needed.
• Liaise with other departments and support seasonal cleaning programs.
