You will guide, coach and plan daily tasks to consistently deliver pristine guest rooms and public areas, while coordinating with Front Office and Maintenance for smooth operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, clear communication, and a calm, practical approach to maintain LGH’s service excellence across the hotel.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping with supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to train and guide a team in a busy hotel environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the housekeeping team, ensuring cleaning standards and service levels are consistently met.
• Train and guide team members, helping them feel confident, capable and clear in their responsibilities.
• Plan daily schedules and allocate tasks effectively, ensuring all areas of the hotel are cleaned efficiently and on time.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements when required.
• Liaise closely with Front Office, Maintenance and other departments to support smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Report any maintenance, health or safety concerns promptly and accurately.
• Ensure all housekeeping activities comply with health and safety standards and procedures.
