Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality cleaning and laundry services to residents.
• Engage with residents to meet needs with minimal disruption.
• Ensure laundry is processed to a high standard (washing, drying, ironing).
• Supervise housekeeping team including rota planning, training, recruitment, and performance management.
• Manage stock, supplies and equipment, ensuring safe storage and cost efficiency.
• Monitor housekeeping standards and report incidents or improvements.
