Elizabeth Finn Homes Rush Court in Oxfordshire seeks a compassionate Housekeeping Supervisor to manage cleaning and laundry services for residents. You will lead the housekeeping team, plan rotas, and ensure high standards in a care home setting.

The role requires NVQ Level 2/3 in Housekeeping, experience in housekeeping services, stock control, and good IT skills. The company offers a permanent, full-time position with weekend availability and a supportive benefits package.

We are seeking a compassionate Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure a high quality and efficient cleaning and laundry service is provided to residents. This will include management of Housekeeping Assistants and Domestic/Laundry Assistants and giving residents a prompt and courteous service at all times.

What you’ll do

• Deliver high-quality cleaning and laundry services, maintaining a safe, hygienic, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Engage regularly with residents to meet individual needs with minimal disruption.
• Ensure all laundry is processed to a high standard, including washing, drying, and ironing of clothing and linens.
• Supervise and support the housekeeping team, including rota planning, training, recruitment, and performance management.
• Manage stock, supplies, and equipment effectively, ensuring safe use, proper storage, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor and audit housekeeping standards, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulations, and reporting incidents, concerns, or improvements.

NVQ level 2 & 3 in Housekeeping (or equivalent) is essential.

Previous expereince in provision of Houskeeping Services.

Stock control experience.

General administration and IT proficiency is desirable.

Hourly Rate: £15.52 per hour
