Job summary

WGC Ltd. in Bristol is seeking a Supervisor to support the housekeeping department under the Head Housekeeper. You will help lead the team, drive productivity and ensure the smooth running of daily operations at Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel.

• Lead and support the housekeeping team in daily operations.
• Analyse guest data to plan resources and materials required.
• Maintain relationships with GM, hotel teams and suppliers for clear communication.
• Identify ways to improve guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to Health and Safety Policy and COSHH/Manual Handling.
• Recruit, train, manage and monitor team performance daily/weekly.
• Deliver and exceed financial targets and manage payroll within budgets.
• Participate in training to improve skills and performance.
• Solve routine challenges encountered on the job.

In the role of Supervisor, you will report to Head Housekeeper and be responsible for supporting your team in the day to day running of the housekeeping department.

Your role will include:

• Work to improve productivity and efficiency of room cleaning
• Analyse guest data to plan resources and materials required to meet operational requirements
• Maintain strong working relationship with GM, Hotel Team, HSK team and suppliers to ensure clear communication and implementation of best practice
