Job summary

WGC Ltd. is seeking a Room Attendant at Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel. You will support the housekeeping team, ensuring guest rooms meet high standards and guests have a comfortable stay.

Reporting to Head Housekeeper, you will help with day-to-day operations, replenish supplies, and maintain safe, well-kept facilities while benefitting from a comprehensive progression plan and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping preferred.
• Customer-facing role helpful.

• Cleaning guest rooms to hotel standards.
• Replenishing linen and guest supplies.
• Providing a great guest experience.
• Reporting maintenance faults and lost property.
• Ensuring appliances and fittings are safe and functioning, reporting faults.

Role Overview

In the role of Room Attendant, you will report to Head Housekeeper and be responsible for supporting the housekeeping team in the day to day running of the department.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all appliances, fixtures and fittings are safe and work in accordance with regulations and report any faults to the Head Housekeeper.
