The QHotels Collection is seeking a Supervisory Housekeeping role at Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort near Leeds. You will lead a team to keep hotel rooms sparkling and brand-compliant, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

Experience in hotel housekeeping supervision and a keen eye for detail are essential. The property offers four-star standards, a 27-hole golf course, and various dining options, with a friendly team and opportunities for development.

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within hotel housekeeping.
• Operational experience delivering four-star housekeeping standards.

What will I do?

Supervise and work together with team members during each shift to ensure all hotel rooms are sparkly, clean and to brand standards. You will assign tasks to the team, inspect work to ensure standards are met as well as doing regular inventory of departmental supplies.
