Location: Battersea (Depot-based with trip-based rotation)

Contract: Fixed-term (ASAP – 5 December)

Hours: 40 hours per week, managed via a trip-based rota (up to 6 nights onboard per trip)

Overtime: Paid at 1.5x rate at the end of the season

Additional Earnings: Opportunity to earn tips onboard

We are seeking an experienced and detail-focused Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and lead onboard housekeeping operations with exceptional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the housekeeping team to ensure immaculate presentation and guest comfort
• Manage schedules, linen inventory, and cleaning operations onboard
• Train and support team members, upholding five-star service standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Take part in guest trips, working up to 6 nights away at a time

Requirements:

• Previous experience in housekeeping supervision within luxury hospitality
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence
• Flexibility for trip-based work and availability for the full contract period
• Must have the right to work in the UK
