Key Responsibilities

  • Check rooms after cleaning, rectifying any areas not in line with standards before releasing the room
  • Provide regular feedback and training to the room attendants about room cleanliness to help them achieve the required standards in the required timeframe
  • Fill minibars in Deluxe and Deluxe Studio rooms when needed
  • Attend departmental meetings and assist in ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding team performance and goals
  • Assist in the delivery of departmental training. Ensure the team understands the training and monitor if standards are followed on a daily basis
  • Execute a weekly stock count on the floors and keep floor cupboards tidy and organised in line with standards set
  • Report any maintenance requirements through HotSos
