Cheval Collection is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Cheval Knightsbridge.

Cheval Knightsbridge offers a unique living experience in one of London’s most exclusive areas. Our 48 apartments, including mews houses, townhouses, and cottages, each boast their own personality and style of décor. Situated around the charming Knightsbridge village, our residences are just a short walk from our 24-hour reception at 15 Cheval Place.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Housekeeping department.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Allocating work to the housekeeping team to ensure all areas of the residence are covered.
• Checking the standard of cleanliness throughout the residence.
• Supervising room attendants as they complete their allocated lists of apartments, offering support and help where needed.
• Training new team members.
• Handling housekeeping enquiries or special requirements.
• Working as a team to ensure our guests receive an excellent guest experience.
