Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations across all accommodation and public areas.
- Lead, manage, motivate, and support the housekeeping team to deliver high standards.
- Plan and manage staff rotas to ensure effective staffing levels and productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure company standards are maintained.
- Ensure lodges and accommodation are cleaned and ready within required turnaround times.
- Take a hands-on approach during busy periods and support the team when required.
- Monitor stock levels of cleaning products and supplies and place orders as necessary.
- Train, support, and develop housekeeping team members.
- Manage team performance and address issues professionally.
- Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Work with Maintenance and Reception teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure health & safety, COSHH, hygiene and procedures are followed.

Oversee the day‑to‑day housekeeping operations across all accommodation and public areas
Lead, manage, motivate, and support the housekeeping team to consistently deliver high standards
Plan and manage staff rotas to ensure effective staffing levels, coverage, and productivity
Conduct regular inspections of accommodation and public areas to ensure company standards are maintained
Ensure all lodges and accommodation are cleaned, prepared, and ready within required turnaround times
Take a hands‑on approach during busy periods and support the housekeeping team when required
Monitor stock levels of cleaning products, linen, and housekeeping supplies and place orders as necessary
Train, support, and develop housekeeping team members
Manage team performance and address any issues appropriately and professionally
Respond to guest feedback and resolve housekeeping‑related issues promptly
Work closely with the Maintenance and Reception teams to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations
Ensure all health & safety, COSHH, hygiene, and company procedures are followed
Maintain accurate records, including cleaning audits, stock and inventory records, and team performance
Help drive continuous improvements in housekeeping standards, efficiency, and guest satisfaction
Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory or management role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent attention to detail and consistently high standards of cleanliness
The ability to organise and prioritise workloads effectively
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict turnaround times and deadlines
