Job summary

Perle Hotels Ltd. in Portree, The Isle of Skye, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team across The Bosville, The Marmalade & The Bracken Hide Hotels. This permanent part-time role covers a minimum of 16 hours per week, with shifts Monday to Sunday across 5 days in 7.

You will ensure high standards of cleanliness, support the head housekeeper, and apply COSHH guidelines while maintaining guest satisfaction. Experience with Stayntouch is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to supervise daily housekeeping operations.
• Experience in coordinating with heads of departments to ensure cleanliness standards.
• Customer-facing skills and ability to follow guest relations policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure bedrooms and common areas are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Assist the Head Housekeeper with linen counts, distribution, storage, etc.
• Keep housekeeping back-of-house areas tidy and efficiently stocked.
• Ensure COSHH procedures and chemical handling adhere to policy.
• Follow guest relations policy and maintain 100% guest satisfaction.
• Supervise daily housekeeping operations while upholding quality and standards.

Housekeeping Supervisor Perle Hotels Ltd.•Portree, Scotland, GB

The Perle Hotels is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to join their team in Portree, The Isle of Skye. This role covers The Bosville, The Marmalade & The Bracken Hide Hotels within our portfolio. This is a permanent contract, and you will be working a minimum of 16 hours per week, from Monday to Sunday, 5 days out of 7.

Acting as a Housekeeping Supervisor will require you to adhere to all cleanliness and hygiene guidelines while ensuring you pay close attention to detail. You will also assist the head housekeeper in the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department and provide support to the housekeeping team.

Prior experience with the software Stayntouch is preferred, but not required.
