Job summary

Perle Hotels Limited is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Portree, Isle of Skye. The role covers The Bosville, The Marmalade and The Bracken Hide Hotels within our portfolio, on a permanent contract with a minimum of 16 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 from Monday to Sunday.

You'll lead the housekeeping team, maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, oversee linen and stock, and ensure guest satisfaction while adhering to COSHH guidelines and hotel policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing housekeeping teams in hotel environments.
• Strong knowledge of cleanliness standards and safety procedures.
• Ability to supervise linen counts, stock distribution and back-of-house operations.

• Maintain bedrooms and common areas to the highest level of cleanliness.
• Assist Head Housekeeper with linen counts and stock management.
• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure bedrooms and common areas are maintained to the highest-level of cleanliness and hygiene.

Assist the Head Housekeeper with linen counts, distribution, storage, etc.

• Keep all housekeeping back of house areas tidy and efficiently stocked.


• Ensure that all procedures and policies concerning COSHH, and the use of chemicals and cleaning products are practiced at all times.


• Follow the hotel's guest relations policy, including politely addressing our guests at all times and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.


• Supervising the daily operations of the housekeeping team while maintaining quality and operational standards.
