Job summary

CrossReach in Inverness is seeking a Housekeeper to help create a welcoming home for residents by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation throughout the service. You will follow cleaning schedules, assist with laundry duties, replenish supplies and report maintenance or safety concerns to keep the environment safe and comfortable.

You will work as part of a team to support the smooth running of the service and residents' wellbeing.

Qualifications

• High standards of cleanliness and hygiene required.
• Good eye for detail and reliability.
• Full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas to a high standard.
• Follow cleaning schedules and infection prevention procedures.
• Support laundry duties when required.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and report stock requirements.
• Report maintenance issues and health and safety concerns.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable environment.
• Work as part of a team to support service operations.
