CrossReach is seeking a Housekeeper to help maintain clean, hygienic spaces for residents, supporting their comfort and wellbeing. The role involves cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas, following infection prevention procedures, and assisting with laundry when needed.
You will join a supportive team in a Christian organisation that values training and development, PVG checks, and adherence to safeguarding policies.
As a Housekeeper, you'll help create a welcoming home for residents by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation throughout the service. Your work will play an important role in supporting residents' comfort, wellbeing and quality of life.
You will take pride in your work and have a good eye for detail. You'll be reliable, organised and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Most importantly, you'll understand the important role a clean and comfortable environment plays in supporting residents' wellbeing.

As a Christian organisation, you will need to have a respect for all aspects of Christian worship.
