About Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill

Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is conveniently located in upmarket Marylebone, in the heart of London’s West End, offering views over the charming gardens of Portman Square. The hotel features 440 sophisticated guestrooms including 50 suites, and 11 distinctive meeting spaces, providing a full range of services tailored to meet the needs of both business and leisure travelers.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Housekeeping Porter

• Assisting with laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and towels.
• Supporting general cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back of house areas.
• Responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
• Assisting with inventory management by stocking housekeeping carts with supplies and amenities, and ensuring supplies are maintained at optimal levels.

About You

Previous experience in a luxury setting is beneficial, with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in conversational English is required to effectively communicate with colleagues and guests.
