Job summary

HotelCare is seeking a Deputy Head Housekeeper in Greater London to support the Head Housekeeper in delivering high standards of cleanliness across a busy hotel environment.

You will lead a housekeeping team, ensure daily targets are met, and uphold HotelCare's standards while coordinating with the General Manager and senior management. A hands-on, flexible leader with hospitality experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar housekeeping leadership role.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in hospitality, with a focus on housekeeping operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Flexible approach to work and can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Housekeeper in managing a busy housekeeping department.
• Be the first point of contact for the Hotel General Manager and Senior Management in the absence of the Head Housekeeper.
• Maintain the standards set by HotelCare and the client at all times.
• Meet daily targets and contribute to cost control and QA/H&S compliance.
