Job summary

HotelCare in Manchester is seeking a Deputy Head Housekeeper to support the Head Housekeeper in efficiently managing a busy housekeeping department and driving team productivity. You will be the first point of contact for the General Manager in the Head Housekeeper's absence, uphold hotel standards, meet daily targets, and monitor costs while maintaining QA and H&S compliance.

• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Leadership experience in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Housekeeper in managing a busy housekeeping department in a fast-paced environment.
• Serve as first point of contact for the Hotel General Manager in the Head Housekeeper's absence.
• Maintain standards set by HotelCare and client at all times.
• Meet daily targets and monitor cost control.
• Ensure adherence to QA audits and health & safety policies.
