Skycare is seeking a reliable Housekeeping Assistant for a care home in Wednesfield, Wolverhampton, WV11. The role offers £12.71 per hour, with full-time 30–40 hours per week and immediate interviews. Must have the legal right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities include cleaning residents' rooms and common areas, maintaining hygiene and infection control standards, restocking supplies, and supporting a welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, hotel, care home, or domestic cleaning experience preferred
• Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
• Good communication skills
• Understanding of hygiene and infection control standards
• Ability to provide references covering previous employment
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK
• Visa sponsorship not available for this position
• Applicants must hold a visa or immigration status that allows them to work in the UK and must not require sponsorship or a new visa within the next 12 months
• Enhanced DBS may be required as part of the recruitment process

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 30-40 hours per week
