About the Role:
As Housekeeping Manager, you’ll lead your team to create sparkling first impressions and deliver a spotless guest experience every day.
From ensuring bedrooms and public spaces meet the highest standards to managing day-to-day operations, you’ll inspire and motivate your team to achieve excellence. Working closely with Reception and Maintenance, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly and every guest feels welcome from the moment they arrive.
This is a hands-on leadership role with accountability for cost control, compliance, team training and maintaining company and brand standards—all while keeping a keen eye on quality, guest satisfaction, and performance targets.
