The Langham, London is currently seeking to recruit a Housekeeping Manager to join our fabulous housekeeping team. You will report to our Director of Housekeeping and the Assistant Executive Housekeeper. You will work in a team of three Housekeeping Managers, each covering a shift and following specific activities:

1. Ensuring guest satisfaction by providing warm, attentive service and anticipating their needs.
2. Ensuring staff happiness through training, coaching, supervision, recognition, and support.
3. Handling administrative duties such as rostering, timesheet preparation, and cleaning schedules.
