As Housekeeping Manager, you’ll play a key role in the management team, elevating the business to the next level. Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager and working closely with all departments, you’ll lead from the front, ensuring the successful daily operation of the hotel. Your responsibilities include driving performance by inspiring and developing the housekeeping team to uphold high standards, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and uphold our reputation as a beloved hotel brand.

Ideally, you’ll have management experience in a similar environment. With a visible passion for setting high standards and driving results, you will:

1. Manage and inspire the team, driving performance through hands-on leadership.
2. Support the Hotel Manager in recruitment, training, and performance management of the housekeeping team.
3. Take accountability for managing laundry and labour controls.
4. Ensure brand standards are adhered to with an eye for detail.
5. Demonstrate knowledge of health and safety compliance, including COSHH. Manage all audit processes to a high standard, ensuring 100% health and safety compliance throughout the hotel.
6. Exhibit good communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and remain calm under pressure.
7. Be agile in your thinking and manage your time effectively to meet business needs.
8. Champion change and lead its implementation within the team.
