Job Description

We are excited to offer the position of Multi Hotel Revenue Manager within our Revenue Team based at our London Support Office. If you’re seeking your next challenge, this could be the opportunity for you!

Here are some of the responsibilities you will hold:

  1. Revenue Management Strategies: Responsible for implementing the overall revenue management strategies within the defined portfolio. Act as a subject matter expert to hotel teams, ensuring global corporate strategies are executed effectively.
  2. Main Tasks: Deliver services according to contracted agreements, focusing on customer satisfaction. Create hotel-specific strategies to boost revenue streams and maximize KPI results. Use the C.A.D.R.E method (Collection, Analysis, Decision, Recommendation, Evaluation) to ensure strategy implementation. Collect reliable data, analyze, decide, recommend, and evaluate. Maintain revenue management systems and tools, and keep planning and pricing up to date for at least the next 405 days.
  3. Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors in terms of content, pricing, and strategy. Review market share data to outperform the hotel market.
  4. Forecasting: Initiate short- and long-term revenue forecasts, identify opportunities, and strategize to improve revenue and profitability.
  5. Reports & Meetings: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Conduct meetings as per the service level of the hotel. Analyze special event periods to improve future results.
  6. Support: Support and advise hotels on business and leisure rate collections, distribution contracts, and group evaluations, according to the service level agreement.
  7. Communication: Serve as the liaison between regional revenue managers, the commercial development team, and local teams. Ensure clear communication and proper implementation of instructions.
