Contract: Full Time

Salary: £35,000 plus service charge

As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Creating an environment where your team aspires to achieve the highest standards of cleanliness.
2. Maintaining a thorough working knowledge of the Health Resort, its services, facilities, layout, and procedures, including ensuring maintenance spotting and adherence to the maintenance programme.
3. Managing efficient stock control procedures to ensure cost-effective use of products and housekeeping resources.
4. Maintaining a professional approach to training and committed to improving standards of self and others.
5. Exhibiting good communication skills with all staff and departments, ensuring guest requirements are met to a 5-star standard, including conducting regular staff meetings to inform staff of relevant information.
