LGH Hotels Management is hiring an Assistant Hospitality Service Manager for the Housekeeping team at Holiday Inn Bristol-Filton in Bristol. You will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager to lead and inspire a team of housekeepers, ensuring guestrooms and public spaces are presented to the highest standards.

The role focuses on developing people, delivering outstanding guest experiences and continually finding better ways of working in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Housekeeping Manager in the day to day leadership of the housekeeping team.
• Leading by example to ensure all guest bedrooms, public areas, conference rooms, lounges and bars meet consistently high standards.
• Creating a positive, well organised working environment where the team feels supported, motivated and clear on expectations.
• Playing an active role in the training, development and ongoing growth of the housekeeping team.
• Encouraging innovation and continuous improvement, always looking for ways to raise standards across the hotel.
• Ensuring attention to detail, cleanliness and presentation are never compromised.
• Helping to deliver a seamless, high quality guest experience at every touchpoint.
• Takes genuine pride in high standards and enjoys seeing the difference great housekeeping makes.
