Job summary

LGH Hotels Management Ltd is recruiting for a Housekeeping Team Member at Holiday Inn Bristol-Filton. You will clean guest bedrooms and public areas to our high standards, maintain presentation, and contribute to a welcoming, home-from-home experience for guests.

You will work calmly and efficiently within set timeframes, report any damages promptly, and help keep linen rooms, storage and equipment in good order while following health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest bedrooms and public areas to company standards within allocated timeframes
• Follow agreed cleaning and presentation standards for all room categories
• Report damages or maintenance issues promptly to ensure repairs can be carried out
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in linen rooms, cupboards and working areas
• Return all cleaning equipment to designated storerooms after each shift
• Work safely following hygiene and health & safety guidelines
