Job summary

Crystal Care Collection Limited is seeking a reliable Housekeeping Assistant to join our domestic team. You will maintain high standards of cleanliness and create a welcoming, safe environment for residents, with a focus on dignity and comfort.

Working 31.5 hours per week on a rolling rota, you will follow schedules, use cleaning equipment safely and support colleagues across the home. No prior experience required, full training provided, and we offer a range of staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Full training will be provided.
• Shifts: 8:00am–5:00pm on a rolling rota.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all areas of the home to exceptional standards.
• Ensure bedrooms and communal areas are clean and welcoming.
• Respect residents' privacy and dignity.
• Follow Health & Safety, COSHH, Infection Prevention & Control policies.
• Report faults and monitor supplies.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the home.
• Support a friendly, caring environment.
