Job summary

Belong Limited in Warrington is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to support the Head Housekeeper/Front of House Manager in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort across village facilities and households.

You will deliver domestic services, respond to customer needs for housekeeping, and assist with cleaning and laundry tasks while following health and safety guidelines. Flexibility to cover varied hours, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/NVQ 2 in Cleaning & Building Interiors or equivalent (Essential or working/prepared to work towards).
• Experience of previous commercial or domestic cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver domestic services to uphold Belong values and ensure health, safety and wellbeing of customers and staff.
• Respond to the needs of individual customers for domestic support to enable them to maintain their household accommodation.
• Assist the team by responding to requests for assistance with housekeeping including cleaning and laundry tasks.

Job description

Rate of pay for this role is £13.45 per hour.

This is a casual role

As Housekeeping Assistant you will assist the Head Housekeeper/Front of House Manager to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort for customers within all village facilities and households.

You will be expected to:

• Deliver domestic services in a manner that upholds the core values of Belong and in accordance with organisational requirements to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of customers, team members and other visiting members of the community that Belong serves.
• Respond to the needs of individual customers for domestic support to enable them to maintain their household accommodation.
• Assist the team by responding to requests for assistance with any aspect of housekeeping including cleaning and laundry tasks.
