Job summary

Braintree Mews Care Home, part of Avery Healthcare Group Ltd, is seeking a bank Housekeeping Assistant to maintain cleaning and laundry standards and support residents with dignity and respect. The role involves following standard procedures and working as part of a team to deliver hotel-style service.

The position requires a DBS check and proof of right to work in the UK, with flexibility to cover a range of tasks at short notice across housekeeping duties.

This is a bank Housekeeping Assistant post at Braintree Mews Care Home, one of the homes run by Avery Healthcare Group Ltd. The work centres on keeping the home's cleaning and laundry to standard under housekeeping and laundry procedures, following worksheets and hotel-style service levels. Residents' dignity, personal space and belongings are a stated priority, and the role needs someone able to cover a range of tasks at short notice.
