Job summary

Sudeley Castle invites applications for a reliable Housekeeping Assistant to maintain high cleanliness standards across our holiday cottages and, on occasions, the visitor attraction.

You will work both independently and as part of a team, support evening events when scheduled, follow health and safety procedures, and enjoy a unique historic setting with an hourly rate of £13.00.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning is desirable but not essential.
• Strong work ethic with good attention to detail.
• Able to manage physical tasks and work in large outdoor/heritage environment.
• Flexible and reliable, including weekend and occasional evening work.
• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is strongly preferred.

• Cleaning our holiday cottages to a high standard
• Occasionally assisting with cleaning of the visitor attraction side of the Castle
• Occasionally supporting evening events when scheduled, including pre- and post-event cleaning
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Working efficiently both independently and as part of a team

About You

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
