The Housekeeping Assistant plays an important role within the housekeeping team, supporting the Housekeeper and Deputy Housekeeper in maintaining the estate to an exceptional standard. The role suits someone who is reliable, discreet and conscientious, with a strong eye for detail and genuine pride in creating beautifully presented, welcoming spaces. Working as part of a large and supportive team, the Housekeeping Assistant will contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of housekeeping operations and respond flexibly to changing requirements.
Essential Reliable, conscientious and discreet. Strong eye for detail, with pride in achieving high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Comfortable following direction from the Housekeeper and Deputy Housekeeper. Able to work positively and cooperatively as part of a large, supportive team. Able to complete tasks carefully, efficiently and within agreed timescales. Flexible approach to working patterns and operational requirements. Willing to undertake training as required. Valid driving licence and access to own transport.
