Job summary

Advinia Health Care is seeking a dedicated cleaner to help maintain high standards of cleanliness across our care environments. Your duties include daily cleaning of bedrooms, corridors and public areas, while upholding safety and resident wellbeing.

We offer an induction programme, free DBS/PVG check, uniform, flexible pay and opportunities for professional training and progression within a supportive team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean bedrooms, corridors and public areas to the required standard.
• Daily cleaning tasks: waste bins, surfaces, vacuuming and mopping.
• Clean dining rooms, lounges, lavatories, taps and sinks; restock toiletries.
• Weekly tasks: dusting, polishing, and maintaining storage areas.
• Assist with Linen Room duties and ensure supplies are stocked.

Your Duties...

• Ensuring sections of bedrooms, corridor and public areas are kept clean and tidy to the
• required standard.
• Daily Cleaning (including but not limited to):
• Emptying waste bins and wiping out.
• Vacuuming throughout and mopping
• Cleaning dining rooms / lounges / lavatories.
• Cleaning taps and sinks.
• Spot cleaning all floorings.
• Weekly Cleaning (including but not limited to):
• Polishing all mirrors.
• Dusting handrails and radiators.
• Dusting and polishing furniture and windowsills.
• Washingfloors.
• Dusting pictures.
• Dusting light bulbs and fittings.
• Restocking toiletries, soaps, towels etc. as and when required.
• Efficient and economical use of supplies provided.
• Assisting with Linen Room duties when requested.
• Keeping storage areas clean and tidy and stocked up at all times.
