Lakeside Hotel & Spa on the southern shores of Windermere is part of Classic Lodges. We are seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to maintain our guest rooms, public areas and leisure facilities to the highest standards.

Job description

Lakeside Hotel & Spa on the Southern shores of Windermere (1 mile from Newby Bridge) is owned by Classic Lodges. We have 83 luxury bedrooms, fine dining restaurant, brasserie, pool, spa and conference suite ‘overlooking nothing but the lake’.

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall presentation of our facilities. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas are kept to a high standard, contributing to a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Working closely with the housekeeping team, you will support the smooth day-to-day operation of the department, consistently upholding standards of cleanliness, organisation, and guest satisfaction. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help create a positive and memorable experience for every guest.
