Connaught Care Collection is seeking a thoughtful Housekeeping Assistant to join our luxury care home group. You will maintain high cleanliness standards in residents' rooms and shared spaces, support laundry services, and work with care teams to deliver an exceptional five‑star experience.

We value discretion, a calm presence, and pride in making residents feel at home. This role is suitable for someone who understands how a clean environment supports dignity and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in care, hotels or hospitality is ideal but not essential.
• Good eye for detail and quiet pride in getting small things right.
• Understanding that a clean space contributes to dignity and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of cleanliness in residents' rooms and shared areas.
• Support daily laundry services with care and respect for residents' clothing and linens.
• Follow infection control and health & safety policies diligently.
• Collaborate with care and hospitality teams to deliver a five‑star experience.
• Build positive relationships with residents and provide a friendly, discreet presence.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation in residents’ rooms and shared areas

Support daily laundry services, ensuring residents’ clothing and linens are handled with care and respect

Follow all infection control, COSHH, and health & safety policies with diligence

Work closely with the care and hospitality teams to deliver a seamless, five-star experience

Build positive relationships with residents, being a friendly and respectful presence in their daily lives

Take pride in making the home feel beautifully kept, comfortable, and ready for guests at all times

What You’ll Bring:
