Connaught Care Collection is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our luxury care home group in Havant. You will lead on the floor, mentor care assistants, and ensure exemplary, person-centred care for residents, including those living with dementia.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Deliver outstanding person-centred care while leading by example across the shift
