Job summary

Connaught Care Collection is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our luxury care home group. You will lead the shift, support and mentor care assistants, and manage medication, care plans, risk assessments and handovers with a focus on dignity and respect.

You’ll foster relationships with residents and families, ensure accurate records, and model compassionate, person-centred care every day in our elegant settings.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Assistant with a Level 3.
• A calm, confident presence and natural ability to lead with empathy and integrity.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A genuine passion for working with older adults and those living with dementia.
• A proactive mindset and team-first attitude—you’ll be ready to step up and help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding person-centred care while leading by example across the shift.

What You’ll Be Doing:
