lyf Chelsea London is seeking a courteous Public Area Housekeeping Attendant to deliver exemplary service to guests during their stay. You will report to the Housekeeping Supervisor and work to maintain spotless public areas and uphold safety standards across the hotel.

The role requires good English, strong organisational skills, and a collaborative approach with other departments to ensure a memorable guest experience; a competitive benefits package is offered.

We are seeking a charming and engaging Public Area Housekeeping Attendant with a passion for service excellence.

You will report to the Housekeeping Supervisor, working towards serving our customers and providing a memorable experience for our guests during their stay with us.

A Public Area Housekeeping Attendant will be responsible for:

• Ensuring all control measures set by HOD are followed all the time
• Demonstrate the ability to proactively prioritise need of the departments and effectively manage resources and time
• Be aware of housekeeping SOPs and Health & Safety procedures
• Demonstrating personal ownership of the tasks and follow through to get optimal results
• Assist with deep cleaning projects when required
• Perform turndown duties when required
• Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality service

To be successful in the role of Public Area Housekeeping Attendant, we require:

• Housekeeping Assistant experience Excellent organisation skills
• Excellent organisation skills
• An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
• The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations
• A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
