The role emphasizes following HOD controls, prioritising tasks, and teamwork within Chelsea FC’s hospitality environment, with opportunities to support deep cleaning and turndown duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience and strong organisation
• Ability to bring the guest experience to life
• Good English; second language is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Ensuring control measures set by HOD are followed at all times
• Prioritise departmental needs and manage resources and time effectively
• Be aware of housekeeping SOPs and Health & Safety procedures
• Take ownership of tasks and follow through to optimal results
• Assist with deep cleaning projects when required
• Perform turndown duties when required
• Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments to ensure quality service
