Responsibilities

• Ensuring control measures set by HOD are followed at all times
• Prioritise departmental needs and manage resources and time effectively
• Be aware of housekeeping SOPs and Health & Safety procedures
• Take ownership of tasks and follow through to optimal results
• Assist with deep cleaning projects when required
• Perform turndown duties when required
• Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments to ensure quality service

To be successful inthe role ofPublic AreaHousekeeping Attendant, werequire:

• Housekeeping Assistant experience Excellent organisation skills
• Excellent organisation skills
• An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
• The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations
• A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
