Trearddur Bay Hotel is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Team Leader to join our welcoming team. You will deputise for the Head Housekeeper, check rooms and public areas, and supervise the team to maintain high standards.

The role offers profit sharing, staff discounts, wellbeing support, and opportunities to grow within JW Lees portfolio. You will work as part of a friendly team, delivering exceptional service while upholding our values.

Qualifications

• Deputise in the absence of Head Housekeeper.
• Check rooms to ensure standards are met.
• Place orders for required supplies and amenities.
• Check public areas for cleanliness and presentation.
• Assign team duties and manage workload.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction in line with values.
